How is your after-sales service?

Our warranty policy for your reference:
1. The warranty time is 12 months since the stamp date.

2. All items are 100% new and strictly tested one by one before shipping. Do not install the LCD on the phone before testing.

3. Please only connect the LCD to the motherboard for testing. If you are satisfied with the products after testing, you can install the LCD on your phone.

4. All LCD displays have our own “LUCENT” stamp. If you have any problem with the LCD, please show us the seal on the back of the LCD, if the problem is confirmed by us, we will send a new one to your next orders.

5. If customized with your logo stamp and “warranty label”, please show these tests to check the screen installed or not.

6. We will take as a reference the responsibility to indemnify when situations such as the following arise:
1) Man-made damage (do not compensate)
2) Non-professional installation damage (do not compensate)
3) Broken lcd or touch screen or liquid leakage during transportation (but if you found it when you received it, please take the photos to confirm it at once, we check it and give you compensation, we don’t compensate after our warranty time)
4) Connector broken, parts missing (but if you found it when you received it, please take the photos to confirm it at once, we check it and give you compensation, we don’t compensate after our warranty time)
5) Flex cable broken, too wrinkled or self-soldered (but if you found it when you received it, please take the photos to confirm it at once, we check it and give you compensation, we don’t compensate after our warranty time)
